This GOLD ferrofluid really stands out when the light hits it!

The RIZE is an amazing desktop sculpture containing a strange liquid called ferrofluid which becomes highly magnetized in the presence of a magnetic field and forms spikes and other organic shapes.

We created the RIZE to showcase these characteristics by using a large paramagnetic machined center screw and a detachable magnetic base to cause the fluid to spike, spin and rise up in a mesmerizing blend of art and science.

I love this desktop toy but...

I love this desktoy I think it may be one of the best toys in my desk at work now, my only realy gripe (and why I dropped one star) is that the inside of the cap/seal is bright red. I kind of whish it was black or silver to match the rest of the rize Aesthetics. But this is a pretty minor thing ultimately I love this device.
